Used condition, comes with manuals which both have wear

2 pieces missing represented in photos (translucent yellow cone and 1 sock), a couple of window shutters as well as the kitchen stove/counter cubes were replaced with pieces of a different color than stated in the manual. All 6 mini figures included along with animals (2 owls, pig & frog)
Great set for someone wanting to collect Harry Potter Legos. The set is currently assembled and will be partially disassembled in order to ship more efficiently.
